4Gb Ram

and the game is laggy....I don't know why?!!!

what should i do?

to get all the lags out open LANlauncher go to options and where it says command line type this : -npd -str -nonv , click ok and then try the game

Can i play that game without lags ??? if i can what settings i can use ???

@karapastelas I'm affraid your processor will force you to play the game with Low/Medium settings. It shouldn't lag with those settings.

@Knightmares100 Don't get an i7 2600k, if it's for gaming get an i5 2500k, i7 only utilises hyperthreading and games don't utilise it, you wont notice any fps differences between a 2500k and an i7 2600k

Why dont you buy a NVIDIA card instead? (GTX 590)

Cause u have a Intel Processor. Intel and NVIDIA work best with each other

While AMD and ATI runs best with each other.

@Latvietis96 Well some how, some way I'm experiencing some frameskips with this mod enabled because this mod was made for Nvidia graphic cards. But I'm soon going to buy the HD 7970 so that problem should be gone by then.

what are Fraps locks..? how do you lock fraps.. please also tell me how will the performance be if the processor is core i5 2500 k.. there isnt much difference between this and yours when it comes to gaming.. the GPU is still the same

@Abh19021 Every system runs at a different frame rate. When I play Battlefield 3 my systems runs at 60-70 fps (frames per second) while other PC's reach a lower framerate or some are able to reach higher framerates. When a game has a locked framerate, it means that every PC reaches the same framerate, in L.A. Noire 30 frames per second is the locked framerate.
