Simply put, its a 'new jack' genre of music that incorporates a bit of metal influence (like his screaming, breakdowns etc.) with electro/pop/emo. Its terrible tbh, if you wanna make metal, make metal and do it properly, if you wanna make electro pop love songs, do it properly.
