The song is in D tuning I believe.. not drop D... Which uh.. means all the strings are tuned lower, not just one.

Aaaahh man! This album is forever cemented in my mind! I was 13, had mono, and the year was 1994. I stayed home for three weeks from school, and I listened to this album on vinyl, repeatedly, for those three weeks. And almost nothing else. It was the first album I remember listening to that closely.

clifford is a good drummer but one thing ive noticed about creedence is that there live tempos tend to breath and not stay to one fixed tempo, watch them live watch the communication between john and clifford, sometimes they speed up or slow down play to feel thats what makes them good. of course in the studio is another situation that requires perfect tempo...
