It's gratifying to see so many new comments posted about this amazing artist, who I have followed and adored for years. How can people still not know about him? I saw him on the late show when he was only 12 or 13 and he blew me away, and he's getting better with age. His first album at age 16 was a Grammy nom. My only complaint is he goes WAY too long between cutting albums. Actually, he has only put out a total of 4 or 5 that I know of. Come on Jonny! The world needs more soulful blues!

I remember when Johnny Lang first came to light.. First they said Blues can never come from the north they were wrong, Then when Johnny came out with his first hit Lie to me they said he wouldn't last long playing the blues.
