@TheKritty The first 5 seasons storyline, with Lucifer, the appolcaypse..and all the rest, will be over at the end of season 5

After that...well..who know? It will be a whole new story..but the problem is....how can you top the appocalypse? Everyone lives happy and mary a girl?...One little ghost hunt each week?...I don't think so...so, the chances of jumping the shark and be boring are VERY VERY high

That's why Eric never wanted a season 6

I was at the con and Jensen was not sad at all. In fact, this is about the happiest and upbeat I've seen him at a con. He was answering the question seriously because he does take Dean's new role in the mytharc seriously. I just think he's very grateful that now Dean is just as important as Sam in the mythology. And also he was being thoughtful and sincere with his answer about when the show ends. Jensen was smiley and happy in the autos and photos ops too. :)
