  • What kind of focusing screen did you use? I see the square in the center, there must be some with out any markings. Did you make a vibrating one, wonder if that would get rid of the square?

  • Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind!!!

    Favorite Fucking Movie ever.. :)

  • hi, i in a bit trouble - im building a dof adapter myself. Actually it is finished but only groundglass is missing (focusign screen). The one in the shop is really expensive for small piece of glass so i was wondering if you could give me some advice what should i use as focusing screen?

    Thanks

And how do you add the envelopes? Im using Sony Vegas and cant figure it out.

  • what would happen if you try to zoom with a 35mm adapter?

  • Blur.

  • Hey~ It's the Dandelion Kid~

  • can u post the link to the actual instructions that you followed for this?

  • I didn't use any istructions. I just kinda made it up as I went. Sorry

  • He made it up, ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! U inspire me man, where did u buy your DIY 35 mm adapter?

  • Great choice of music I love that score!

  • Thanks. It's one of my favorite films.

  • Yea mine to.

  • Thats exactly right. I actually just use my canon lenses for my XSi (2.8 18-55 and a 4.0 55-200). I built my own adapter for like $10 but professional ones will run you around $2,000 without lenses. Just do a search on 35mm DOF adapter on youtube.

  • What I have right now is an adapter that lets you use any slr lenses on my camera by connecting the lens to a black tube and projecting the image on a focusing screen. Then my camera just focuses on the screen and records that. (Thats what that small square is in the middle of the picture.)

  • They're pretty cool, but kind of unnecessary.
