Sondre, why are you so stoic when you break your records?? An 11 ball flash is awesome!! You didn't seem to care... When I flash something for the first time, I as understandably happy.
@IRNjuggle28 Well, I'm not sure, really. I guess my happiness over doing something I've done that was cool, is released inside of me and not out into the world. I think I did this because I realized that if I just let myself go into a happiness frenzy, it's going to look really silly - so I'd rather, well, do it some other way.
I miss your 17 balls flash video, that was incredible, what have you done with that video, you were the first one on earth to do that! You won the game.(whatever that is) [=¤]
@titleproblems ok if your sure. it gets really anoying, but heres the rules. 1) after you finish reading this you are playing the game and you can never quit. 2) every time you think about this game you have to say to someone that you "lost the game." the point of the game is not to lose. you can only lose every 30 min, good luck.
@Yomay i will never quit. i don't know why, it just seems weird to quit after you haven't won yet. my friend says he won the game because somebody emailed him something that said "you won the game."
Well, living in a beautiful place doesn't really mean you are rich. The houses here for instance, are very inexpensive compared to many larger cities, seeing as this town is really crap.
Now that's a pretty unrelated question. Well, from a relative standpoint yes I am, but so are you - judging from the mere fact that you have access to a computer, for instance. But I am Norwegian, so judging globally, I am rich, yes. But again, it depends what you compare me to. I don't make much more money than what I need in order to pay my bills, so maybe you could make that a criteria and say that no, I am not. What do you mean by that question though? Why are you wondering?
What size beanbag would you recommend for 5,6, and 7? I know you use 3 inch, but do they feel more solid in the air? Like more control? Because I have 2.58 inch sportco beanbags and was thinking about getting a bigger set. What would you recommend?
I would recommend 2,75" if you aren't particularly into staying in shape and such, but it depends. The best would probably be to get 3" and work on 5 and 6 with them for a while and then go down to 2,75" when starting on 7.
Congratulations Sondre!!! Awesome. 3 norwegian jugglers having flashed 11 balls. That´s 3 out of 4 500000 people. Can any country beat that percentage?
For instance, let's compere US and Norway. With 4,5 million people, the percentage of the population who has flashed 11 balls is about 0.000067%, whereas US, with their roughly 307 million inhabitants and a total of 6 11 ball flashers, only makes up a percentage of about 0.000002%. That makes Norway about 33 times better than USA at 11 ball- flashes. USA would need another 192 11 ball flashes to even compete with us! And if that ever happens, well.. Then we'ill just coach a new kid.
Great job! It is funny the mindset when you get to this point weather it is worth going further or not.......! I look forward to seeing where you go from now.
I haven't done it in a very long time since 3" is a bit big for 9, but I might actually switch to 2.75" since I am pretty weak, and 7 with 3" is too heavy to really do tricks. Then I'm sure I could qualify 9 every day.
This was the first time I ever actually collected all eleven, but I've had quite a bit of very clean launches and super-close attempts before. This is one of the messier ones, I might upload a video with failures.. hm. I'm now thinking about what to do with numbers, whether I want to pursue it or just go back to only 5, 6 and 7 now.. but maybe I will keep trying 10 and 11 every day a few times just to keep the launch and release and collect in my muscle memory. It wouldn't be much extra work...
Yes, numbers isn't something you need to spend a lot of time on. I maybe spent 5% of my practice time doing numbers even when I was doing it a lot. If I was you I wouldn't upload a video of failures.
Hm, okay then - I have plenty of other cool things to upload so that's fine :-) I'll see if I can keep working on it - just got to make sure I don't hurt myself. I've had some muscular problems before.
I used to try it every once in a while about one and a half year ago but stopped. Then I started again five days ago or so just to get it out of the world.
Those are the official ones. I don't think very many actually doubts Peter really did 13 beanbags - I mean, if he did not I am pretty sure he would put in more work and just go do it and shut everyone's mouths. But he knows with himself he's done it, I think that's what's the most important to him regarding that number.
I "did it" there as well, though I didn't have a camera so I let the 2 last drop even though it would have been stupidly easy to just let them fall in my hands. The one I had that time was the cleanest ever. But yeah, now at least I have done it 100% and on video. Yay! :-D
I know what you mean about letting it go b/c you didn't have your camera. And I think that's hysterical! I often avoid practicing hard stuff that I MIGHT get if I don't have my camera with me.
Yeah, but that's not for the same reason. You'd avoid it because you want good stuff on camera, I'd avoid it because I want my FIRST one on camera. Now that I've done it, even when messy, I can do it off camera all I want.
Sondre, why are you so stoic when you break your records?? An 11 ball flash is awesome!! You didn't seem to care... When I flash something for the first time, I as understandably happy.

wat size beanbags do u use when u do numbers like 9,10,11, doug sayers uses 3 inch beanbags even when he does 9
aaronthejuggler 2 years ago
I use 3 inch beanbags for 3-9 balls, too. But for flashing 10 and 11 I use 2" RagBags from the Baglady.

Haha but i meet some unknowned french jugglers that flashed 11 balls (with video evidences)
And i bet there is dozens of flashers in each country that just practice for themselves and you'll never heard about but have flashed 11
As for 12, you can count them with your own hands, i agree with that
11 is hard, but not that hard since you don't have to run it, you can throw the balls in an ugly way if you want
BahamutBlueDragon 2 years ago
good point!! : - ))

@KristianWanvik I think the USA has a higher percentage, I'm not sure.
