@MLF967 they are called guidelines, they are used to find the proportions of the face and are drawn very lightly in an erasable pencil and are removed later, it takes time to draw them but its well worth it

i never even considered doing the guidelines because i usually draw on the spot. i couldnt believe it worked! ichigo's really hard to draw! compared to Rukia. spent fva good half hour demolishing my paper trying to draw him. then i found your video and i tried to give the guidelines a go! damn! it worked like a fucking charm! haha. but mine's a bit off. i made his face a bit fat on his chin. other than that, i think i drew exactly like this. i think... thank you!!!!!!
