I'll be interested to see where they take this arc. I haven't been a big Marvel reader other than the important stuff. So far this has got me back reading Amazing S-man, as well as Iron Man, and some Avengers stuff. Good Job guys, can't wait to see you at San Diego Comic Con later this summer!

I have a question for Alex, Justin, or Pete if any of you read this? Do you possibly think that Bendis is writing "Secret Invasion" as sort of a backstop in the beginning to all the titles it's crossing over into? I mean for years critics have been talking bad about the crossovers that take place during big events. Right now books like "Mighty Avengers", "New Avengers", "Cap Britain and MI3" are better than they have ever been (last one a miniseries). All the books surrounding are kicking ass.

I think the death of Cap story was done and is being done quite well, I also think "One More Day" and "Brand New Day" are also being done well. Hey at least Marvel is doing different stuff, it doesn't all work but change is never easy

I'm glad that Marvel is still on top of the Comics industry. The OMD thing still stings a whole lot and BND is just salt in the wound so I just can't like this guy. Here's hoping SI#4 is worthwhile, though. Loving Cap right now, and hoping they don't screw him in Secret Invasion.

the one thing that made me scared was when he talked about post secret invasion, what could marvel do next? maybe all the heros die and a guy steps up with the armor of iron man ,caps shield and thors hammer calling himself the avenger.

Yeah, the angle they are going with is that Tony Stark is a skrull and all the recent happenings (Civil War, S.H.I.E.L.D., etc) have been set for a while and that it wasnt really "Iron man" who was behind it at all....but rather a skrull working directky for the Skrull Queen. If thats the case...its the weakest and DUMBEST move Marvel ever made. I see alot of longtime fans giving Marvel the finger over the next year or two due to this. I very well will be one of them.
