If you have Tinnitus you should also rule out any related brain issues. My doc had me have an MRI of the Brain. Just to rule out any brain tumors. I'm thinking of getting help from Sound Therapy International for my tinnitus. Has anyone out there tried it? I want to find out if they are as good as they claim to be.
I've read that anti-convulsion medications such as Tegretol and Klonopin can reduce the noise or even get rid of it, and that these have worked 80% of people with tinnitus. Has anyone out there tried these?
In saying that i will add that what ever works for people to find relief from tinnitus stick with it it is a serious ailment and i know that for sure. Putting trust in our own way of treatments and who ever treats the sufferer will not cure all the damage that tinnitus can and will cause but it sure as shooting makes it a lot easier to live with. i have been contacting the t-gone group for years to invite them to talk with me at cure tinnitus dot org. i have not trusted their product, because they have not gotten back in touch with me. also, we advocate more than just "physical" solutions and have a complete program (that could include supplements of course, but doesn't have to). anyway, did the relief last for you?
They probably laced it with librium or something like that. If you're relaxed, that background noise will vanish. Normaly Tinnitus can't be treated with medicine(sorry).
I think,it's mostly a case of stress,which will eventualy disappear . I've had it too (8 years ago) for a few months,did some relax exercises,and it hasn't been back since (touch wood) ~~~«d~_~b»~~~

hello thank u for the info i have constant ringing in my ears since i was about 12 i had a firecracker go off about 2 inches away from my right ear and now i cant hear high pitched sounds bc of the high pitched ringing and i think my left ear is from shooting guns with no hearing protection like an idiot but thank u for the info i really hope i works
