you don't need to download or install any patch or any crack........just download swift shader of any version from google and copy and paste the files found in that folder in your nfs carbon folder...........well instructions are there in that folder of swift shader ........if this can solve your problem then solve mine also m carbon nfs is running slow.......I mean very sloooooooow......contain lag and all...I have tried the methods of removing lag but still can't run it smoothly...

@iordanstefan1 No I couldn't get to solve that lag problem and I tried many means but did not suceed...,So I got fed up with this and I deleted the game..If You get to solve this problem then pls must reply.....Basically its our hardware problem we can just get it changed to a new one nothing else can be done

right click on nfs carbon icon go to propeties click compatibility and run with windows 98/windows me
