@redhockey It's coach's respect to not challenge other players sticks. It's not like Spezza is the only one on the ice in that game with an illegal stick. Think of it as a mutual respect, the coaches agreeing not to challenge the opponents' sticks as long as they don't challenge theirs.
A lot of people on the highways, yet people don't call the cops to report speeders.
