thats a problem, i cant use asio4all with my logitech usb headset in fl studio... it doesnt give any errors but i just dont get any sound

I had that problem too. The only thing you have to do is (in FL):

Options -> Audio settings -> Choose ASIO4ALL -> Show ASIO panel -> Switch to "Advanced" -> On the left side of the window, enable what audio devices you want to use.

It's as simple as that! Though, I should add that when I have both FL and Firefox running and the ASIO4ALL driver enabled in FL, I can't get any sounds from Firefox. (Like, all YouTube movies will play but there is no sound.)

I've never had any of those errors but "in use by another program" sounds like the problem I get when I run Firefox and then start FL (as I said in my other post). Have you tried closing ALL other programs, restarting FL and then (with no other programs running) trying to enable your headphones or whatever? If you get it to work you could try to open FL with differnent programs running at the same to figure out what program is causing the problem.

hehe it was mozilla causing the problem but when i restart fl after closing the browser it gives some more errors :')

-Disable system sounds in control panel!

-Deactivate unused inputs and outputs!

-Audio drivers too old / too new?

i got that same problem as you after i upgraded to win7 (the problem where asio can only play sound from one app at a time) i have no idea whats causing it, but it worked in win xp. what windows are u running?

@Yhimself im using vista and i think i know whats causing the prob but i dont know how to fix it. theres is some app in windows called MS GS wavetable synth, you could disable this app in XP but not in vista. so you could try to disable it in win 7

That was an awesome tutorial, man. I had my doubts at first but you definitely know your stuff ;)

Only problem is that all of those effects would start to lag up my CPU after a while. Plus, it's only for one vocal.

uhm, i think u should put it in the "vstplugins" folder in yout program files folder. then open the effects list in FL(double click "select" when choosing an fx in the mixer) then press "refresh" and select fast scan. It should appear as red in the list now...

Its called a backverb, this is how u do it:

TAke the wave file of the vocal, give it a very long reverb with fruity reverb or something. Record it all in edison, cut away the vocal so u only have the reverb, and then reverse it.
