just had it done 3 days ago.in a little pain but glad it is over.they had to do the big cut here shown and boy this has been no fun.just healing and be glad i can get back to normal living again.

@JediGTI i had this op 4weeks ago. it was painful for 2weeks then its just a discomfort but bending down and picking things up is still something i will not be able to do for a few weeks but i was driving again after 2 and a half weeks. if you do a manual job be prepared to be off work about 6-7 weeks
