She did that on purpose! @ 4:09 Jeanne Cooper told Melody "come here" (to help give her some room so you could see her) you could read her lips, obviously NO ONE liked the bitch!

Y&R deserved the win in 07, I most definitely agree.....but I was not surprised that GH took out Y&R in 06 because GH probably had its best storylines in ages for the 2005 year from the Corinthos Kidnappings to the Train Wreck, it was solid cast performance that made GH win.

I think AMC has Best Drama Series in the bag this year. All they really have to do is submit an episode from the tornado (great directing) and Myrtle's tribute (great writing) and that should do it.

YAY!! Y&R! This show was the best in 2007 when Lynn Marie Latham was the writer. It's still the best but not as good. What's weird is people like Maria Arena Bell better but, w/ LML Y&R won 4 Emmy's including BEST DRAMA but when it was MAB they only won 2 and that wasn't even the show as a whole.

I LOVE Maria Arena Bell, but I don't think Lynn Marie Latham's ideas were bad at all. Just bad for Y&R! Y&R has always been such a great show when the Bell family are running things that you immediately notice the change when an "outsider" takes over. Latham's ideas were just NOT Y&R!

GL sill told good stories in 07 worthy to nominated for the Emmy, but since March things have been a little shaky lately with the camera, cast, sets and actors.

Guiding Light truly deserved to win the Emmy for best daytime drama in 07 (ALONE), but when they said it was a TIE I wasn't shocked that Y&R won. GL really told some, intriguing stories in 06 also the cast was just excellent.

However in 08 the Emmy should go to OLTL.

GL had some good storylines in 2007,the deserved it plus they haven't won in years, IMO GL deserved it alone, not Y&R which win a lot also. GH and Y&R won it too much even when they didn't deserve it. IMO.
