  • Oh Chengu, you never fail to describe things in a lovely and easy way to understand. :]

  • Im a crime buff, i already knew they needed probable cause

  • see you on monday.....where are you D:

  • I missed this from a while ago but want more!! Love your presence on camera

  • are you dead?

  • The laws are so F*d up. If the guy had cocaine in his trunk, it should be irrelevant as to what the initial cause of arrest was. I disagree with the statement that his arrest had nothing to do with him driving with a suspended license. OBVIOUSLY he was illegally driving to transport illegal drugs. Who were the lawyers for this case? WTF?

  • Oh my gosh! I leave for two months and come back to your channel being even more amazing then it was when I left. :)

  • I've always wondered about this! Thank you for explaining it.

  • I love the title!

I totally wish that you had these last year and that I found your channel last year when I was still in Criminology; would've been so helpful. :P

  • It its important to note that although they are allowed based on probably cause due to behavior or such, they try to take the more precautionary route and will only search if you give them permission or after calling up a K9 (which they will do if you do not give them permission), the K9 gives a positive hit on the vehicle (thereby giving even more probable cause that will hold up better in court)

  • Chengu, can you talk about differences in the kinds of 'insanity defense' used by plaintiffs in criminal law court cases?

  • A good way to not have your car searched is to keep it extra messy. Cops just don't want to reach cars like that. For men, telling cops that you wear make up and get filmed with this make up on can help too. Most cops don't want to have anything to do with men who might be cross dressers for some reason. At least these two work on cops who are more interested in bullying then in catching criminals.

  • Congrats on hitting 1,000! You're moving on up. Hup, hup.

  • I really like your videos.... I think you are underrated.... AMAZING. Can you explain to us about weird laws in the US. This should be a fun one.

  • so what if you got pulled over, and immediately got out walked over to the cop and punched him, next he arrests you, and then searches the car afterward to find a dead body, could they not use that as evidence against you in the victims murder trial/investigation? please answer!! also love your videos!

  • So sorry if I'm being a total derp here but just to be clear.. If you already are arrested anything else they do find in your car can not be used against you in court?

  • ENTERTAINING DOGOOD IS HERE: Good To See You Back Beautiful Queen!! Go Go Go Go!! :D

  • @nobby481 Thank you so much!!!

  • Yup. I meant american law. Thanks for doing my question! To give a little background, the JayZ song "99 Problems" is where I got this question from... in it, the singer gets pulled over for speeding, and the cop asks to search the car. the singer says that, given that his trunk and glove compartment are locked, the cop will need a warrant. I just wanted to learn about what legalities surround such an event.

  • @GrimmundusRex Yay!! You're welcome! That's awesome that you're the kind of person who doesn't just hear and ignore, but actually wants to know what it's about. You're awesome!!

  • this might be weird but i love your lips lol

  • @Picobeat Thank you! lol That's one I've never heard but I definitely appreciate it!!

  • Great video! And its really interesting to hear about these laws/regulations. Keep up the great work! :D

  • @ThePennyProductions Thanks!!

  • I have a question for Crime Terms.

If someone were to get in an accident and both drivers are at fault but everyone had to go to the hospital, what happens to either one of the drivers?

  • 1,000 subs? that's gotta be a quite large subs to views ratio

  • @TwistedLemniscate Yep!! I'm working on making those numbers a lot better!

  • I'm really glad I subscribed to you. Knowledge is power!

  • @AppleToothbrush Yay! Thanks! I completely agree. I think that's why I started studying crime laws and serial killers. I love learning and I felt like this was one of the only topics I hadn't learned about and I loved it!!
