    x

  • Accepted! My thanks.

  • who pulls the strings of the puppet people?

  • gay

  • stop swinging your cock around Jack

  • i know you like it ;)

  • oh sorry for writing Jack - a honest mistake. and nope :)

  • As am I... Is being selfish the worst thing possible in ones life? To satisfy the self. If you do not do this (at no ones harm) how can you be? How can you be anything to anyone?

  • Not only that, but storytellers are now suppose to be actors. It's a lost art form. (I suppose it's not lost and I have been to a few readings, but it isn't the 'norm')

    Thank you for this comment.

  • I think Bukowski puts it better.

  • He puts most things better. I just like the way this flowed.

  • Very good. I would make this five stars but for the background music. It is too loud and drowns out your voice and makes your words at points barely audible. Otherwise, a beautiful peace. Look forward to watching more of your work.

  • *sigh* Very true. I didn't edit the background as you see it became the foreground.

  • Cool,so nice.tb

  • FUCK! You Are GOOD!

  • i wish you had done that in one take. while good to watch, what i really seek is to see you it.

  • I wouldn't take too much credit. ~peace

  • yeah!!! very good.

  • Nothing like a bit of S.P. ~peace

  • Wonderful.

  • Thank you. :)

  • Now that, was worth watching.

    ZB.

  • Delicious video! Yum yum.

  • Thank you.

  • I'll say this - I am using new software and unsuccessfully turned the music down. Thank you for noticing! If you have a chance, check out "3 Interpreted". I was using my familiar software. ~peace

lm so glad Jill sent me your video a while back you one of my fav youtubers :)

  • you are very good at this... you should do it more often...

  • I plan on it. I enjoy reading poetry and lyrics... Thanks! ~Heidi

  • wow that was beautiful. thank you (:

  • Nothing like a little Sylvia Plath to cheer a person up! :)

  • Doesn't compare to HeidiSaid using Sylvia Plath to cheer up other people! (:

  • Thank you!

  • And to you as well.

  • Nice.

  • Thanks

  • Nice work Heidi, beautifully said and edited.

  • You're awesome. Thank you:)

  • "He who sees everything as nothing but the Self, and the Self in everything he sees, such a seer withdraws from nothing."

    Lovely video ;)

  • Great quote! Plath? (I'd be surprised if she would stoop to using 'he'. :) ) Let me know.

  • Well done, Heidi.

  • My sincerest thanks. :)

  • Awesome.

  • Cool deal.

  • Solipsist. I like that word. It is where, I imagine, the sun revolves around the human being. I guess I will look it up. Whoa. From Wikipedia: Solipsism is an epistemological or metaphysical position that knowledge of anything outside the mind is unjustified. I have had two Tilts (full of vitamins and only 8% alcohol) and wink wink, nudge, nudge, and I can't fathom that thought. Too deep for me.

  • We will discuss it at a more appropriate time. (You and your 'energy' drinks. That kills me! lol)

    ~As always, Me

  • Whoa... I'm totally dizzie. Had to close my eyes to hear. :P Nice.

  • You are very kind. Thank you for your comment:)

  • that was wonderful! :)

  • Thank you.~heidi

  • nicely done Heidi.

  • My Thanks.

  • Wow that "HeidiSaid" is Soo much better than mine. HAHaha! I am having a great day thanx for asking. How was yours?

  • Yo... was going to forewarn you - but I feel that that yours has a place.... smart-ass heidi. PhiliHeidi. (I should chack to see if that name is still available! I am working on it - I've just been parched with new software. Forgive me??? ~peace

  • I could never be angry with you..for more than 3 days. Just try to spit on me by Sunday if you can. I do really like the new outro.

Need any help with the software? What is it?

  • Wonderfully done. Thanks for sharing.

  • I'm so glad you liked it - good to see you. :)

  • You as well.

  • [1 of 1] Wonderful reading - you bring the words to life. At first look/listen, it might seem like this is HeidiSaid's Anthem; but, your journey into the outside with only a computer connection might reveal (in discovery to you) that you aren't the solipsist of the poem . . . while the ability to turn on & off the 'connection' to people mimics shutting your eyes - you seem way too empathetic to believe that others really only exist in your mind.

  • [2 of 2 -oops it should have read 1 of 2 above]

But, you never said you were the poem - maybe you are and we are colors you decide. haha - nice editing, great reading and you got us thinking. I enjoy seeing this side of heidi of the woods :-) 5 sincere & plathy stars !!!!!

  • 1. I love it.

    2. I loved reading it.

    3. I'm getting better with editing.

    4. Thank you for caring! ~peace

  • "i, in my wintry moods, hold absolute power to boycott any colour, to forbid any flower to be!"~fantabuluos stuff!

i see this in everyone, even myself! beautiful~peace, ben.

  • And to think she shoved her head in an oven.... well - the truth hurts. :)

  • There is something that resonates, deep, in your being that is quite indefinable. Your eyes radiate an acute awareness, while being full of sorrow, masqueraded by an underlining attempt to be optimistic about it "all." Simply put, you have compassionate eyes. It is hard not to fall into the depth of your thoughts. I am still falling.

    Always,

    The Misfit

  • *smile* & *blush*

  • I have boycotted color for 25 years. Thanks! The editting goes very well with the poem.

  • My thanks oh colorless one.... :)

  • terrific poem recital, and I love the HeidiSaid ident.

  • Isn't it quite wonderful? It was cut off at the end (my bad...)

  • This poem isn't what I think of when I do think of her... And it ends well I believe. ;)

  • oh so good :)

  • Yey!

  • You're just so good as reading aloud poetry.

    I greatly appreciate this.

  • Any suggestions send them my way and I will seriously think about it :) Thanks. heidi

  • That was awesome. Incredibly well said, and masterfully edited. Thank you.

  • The editing has become fun and easy. I must thank Sylvia Plath for the poem. I've always liked it. ~peace

  • I had to subscribe, because 85% of my others are government-watchdog related, and that was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sending it, and for being you.

    ~peace, indeed.

  • There needs to be a balance (as I search for the CNN debates) with reality (good god!) and art (thank god). ~peace to you. I'll see you on both sides. :)

  • right on. 8D

  • great vid

  • My thanks. :)

  • Know you appear

    Vivid at my side,

Denying you sprang out of my head,

    Claiming you feel

Love fiery enough to prove flesh real,

    Though it's quite clear

All your beauty, all your wit, is a gift, my dear,

    From me.

I liked it all but woweeeeeeee that part is amazing. Thanks for the read!

  • It's Plath... what can I say, but repeat her words! Glad you enjoyed. Rest and be happy!

    ~peace

  • I lass that wuz grand.

  • my thanks.

  • Strangely enough this poem appears on pages 37/38 of my "Sylvia Plath, Collected Poems. Published by Faber and Faber". That's you age isn't it ?

Just an observation of no meaning what so ever !!! Take care Heidi.

    Mike

BTW : If you haven't guess, I'm born and bred in Lancashire were we say things like Aye and lass and grant (I swapped Aye for I cause of the poem)

  • My version (being much younger) was published by HarperPerennial (A Divsion of HarperCollins Publishers).

Remarkably - the poem does fall on the pages you mention. :) It may be a different company as Ted Hughes writes an introduction.

    ~Just an observation:)

    ~peace

  • That was beautiful!

  • AS was yours - and you can claim as your own. I have some that I'm willing to share from the late '90's :)

  • Great let's hear them!

  • Um..... I'm a bit shy. It's always different when they're your own. ~peace

  • Beautiful. :-)

  • Awesome. Thank you.

  • god I love listening to your voice/videos/perspective. It's very calming and reassuring, like looking at the earth from space

    PS:I swear I'm not a stalker. :p

  • I know a stalker when I got one and I'm not concerned. Any suggestions? ~hey, thanks. :)

  • beautifully read...

  • Thank you.... You hear Plath and it's automatically depressing. Well - she was a very intelligent woman. One I respect... (okay - the oven ending sucked, but what the hell?) lol ~peace

  • You do this really well!

It is good to see you!

    Hope all is getting better.

    TD

  • I'm better. I filed my suit - the rest is breech of contract. I don't need a loan since I live 'lean' and a ridiculous mortgage. So - short version... I'm great! Please feel free to let me know how you're doing via PM. You know how judgmental I am ;) ~my love

  • Lovely! Favorited :)

  • Thank you. Besides feet... are there any poets of poems you would be fond of hearing? (I owe you!)

  • lol! dear Heidi you owe me nothin!

However, if you are in the mood (with extra time to spare), today IS my bday...so might I request a nature relate poem ...your choice?

  • Happy Birthday! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!. Okay - a nature theme next. You are the second person to ask me for that theme. Perfect!

  • thanks xx

  • Very beautifully read Heidi...Something about you is so familiar to me and yet I don't know why.

  • I am familiar to many people. I'm not saying this in a crass comment, I mean many people find me familiar. I find myself familiar as well. Guess that's a good thing:)

    ~peace

  • Maybe it's just a wisdom we see, an old soul of sorts.

  • Yeah, I get that.

  • I like that, "I mean many people find me familiar. I find myself familiar as well. Guess that's a good thing:)"

  • Very powerful reading. I like the butterflies too:)

  • If I had my email set I would know if I could leak (not LEEK) the source. I believe I can - but this source in mine until I hear otherwise.

Yeah! Dig- it. I love poetry. I should ask for submissions to read - that would be such a pleasure!~ hi :)

  • Hi:)I eat leeks not a leak! I really love your readings. They are great to watch and hear:)You have such a great style. It's amazing.

    I love it:)

  • I can't reply anymore.... outsmarted again..

    :(

  • You do know that I am kidding...?

  • Yes, it would have been a bit abrupt for a person to stop speaking to another over a leek; but governments and corporations have fallen over leaks.LOL

  • I don't think I could outsmart you:)

  • The monarch is my favorite...

  • I will put one into the poem that I have told you about. Slow process, it moves slowly(the poem, not the monarch). You may not remember.

  • I do indeed. Are you sure it will not be a novel? A novella at least?

If you have any shorter works that you would like me to consider reading....

  • I'll send something next week for you to consider.

I did say the poem would be an epic, but no not a novella. It has to have depth. I'm not in a hurry; sedikit sedikit lama lama menjadi bukit. I want it to be good.

  • You have me dreaming that saying - you and juntinamazing. Awesome. *smile*

  • Awesome. I'll see you later.

  • *starts snapping fingers

    great post Heidi

  • nice.... thank you. My fingers are cold with fear. No shit. ~peace
