The mini-cute is a very collectible cabinet and kinda hard to find in good shape. Good luck to you!

You should order a sticker Art set at MCS , the 2 big ones for the side , one overlapping the speakers , one over the coin return and one for the CP .

That's awesome you got an original Hyper Street Fighter II Anniversary Edition board, those are hard to come by and yes many of them floating around are bootlegs. It's one of the only boards I need to complete a set of officially released games. Other than that I just need Jyangokushi Haoh no Saihai and Quiz Nanario Dreams, both of which are not very playable unless you read Japanese.

CPS2 kits are very hard to come by. I have seen Alpha kits a couple times but it's been a while. Be ready to pay for it too, they don't go cheap. If I see one I'll let you know though.

I've only got one kit myself and it's a Japanese version, the US kits come in much larger boxes.
