The Sri Lankan Military has used chemicals weapons in the past on Tamil civilians although it was a violation of the international law governing military warfare and are now prepairing to use it again on the Tamils. It is understood that the 4 'Big Brothers' had aproved the use of the Chemical Weapon in North with the help of Karuna.
