@xEloiseKerryx Kandi, or Rave Kandi are bracelets...well not just bracelets nowadays, basically pony bead creations that you can give to others, or trade at raves, however it has become a lot more mainstream recently, and (people like me) make it for a hobby, etc etc etc,

they supposedly feel "cool" when someone is high, i wouldn't know, as I have never been high before ._. but now people wear them just as a part of fashion ;3 they have better information on Wikipedia, this is just in general.
