  • Check out me and my crew, an awesome compilation of the unloaders of walmart making our job fun! :)

  • how did younot get in troble for posting this on youtube?

  • wow seriously?? we take about 2 hours max to unload a truck at my store...

  • You guys are lucky, theres usually only3-4 people in the back. 5 only if the planets align....

  • @interpol007 Same at my store.

  • got an interview tonight for the position. Need the money. So I will do whatever to stay free.

  • Applied to be an overnight stocker and got hired as an unloader in the grocery receiving area. Work with some good dudes but fuck walmart, I'm ready to quit now.

  • this vid seems like a pretty small walmart. As an unloader you either work hard and get used to working hard and yell at all the lazy asses, or just quit/transfer.

We have one unloader dedicated to sorting break packs by shelf location from the start of the truck.

we recently got the "One touch" program which means the unloaders have to downstack the grocery truck's pallets on to carts by the isle sections, not just by isle.

Unloaders get paid the least in terms of amount of work/hour & $/hour

  • I had to throw the truck on my second full day. How do you find out how many boxes are on it?

  • You lucky your line is straight from the truck. ours comes out of the truck and turns....sucks. We get our 2k pieces done in around 2 hours tho.

  • I threw a 2400 piece truck filled side to side with only 2 pallet one with dog food and one with tv's in about 1hr 45mins

  • This is how our routine for 2 truck days is supposed to go:

    1st truck 4 - 6

    15 min break

magically have all the shit from the first truck out the way as soon as we come back

then we have someone do the grocery remix truck

    2nd truck - 6:15 - 8

9-1 pull all the freight to the floor, sort breakpacks, clean up backroom, check off security items, organize empty pallets and bales outside on the forklift

of course that never happens and management always seems surprised. lol

  • The most fun job! I worked at wal-mart about 10 years ago, but wasn't what I really wanted to do. So I went to EMT school passed every thing and now work as a EMT on a ambulance, The job is a blast I just run 911 calls.I only see my manager about once every two weeks to a month, and yet to be yeld at by them.I work 13 hour shifts and i'm off 4 days a week, I get paid $12 a hour just to sit in my ambulance with my partner and if I have a call I get a extra $2 per call. I can now say I love my job

  • Yea I just got on like 4 weeks ago in Kentucky the managers are pretty cool it's just getting the truck done and when you have people that are lazy on the job they get mad, but hey only a 1006 piece tomorrow but that's not counting the food truck and the new system they have is gay where you have to down stack all the food besides paper so it makes it easier on the stokers which why do I care to be honest, and be honest does it get bad during the hoildays

  • @XboxAchievementsGame I am an unloader at 5417 in Louisville. It's horrible. The easiest job in the world yet it is made difficult by idiot management and lazy coworkers.

  • @fuckedcircumstanceeces @fuckedcircumstances I've been doing this at 1392 for 6 weeks now and I couldn't agree more! The job is very easy and can even be fun if you're in shape. Its the co-workers that make the job hard. Assholes or lazy people make for a hard ,long night. Or even when there isn't extra work to do they think you can get 5000 pieces done by 8pm with just 5 people.(especially when those people are lazy)

  • Jus got hired for this start Tuesday 4-1 sgut must be intense

  • Man, I threw my first truck, a 1600, today. That truck is no joke.

  • @504BoyLuisLopez yeah, I'm starting my fourth week now and they say I have to throw a truck....I'm not looking forward to it.

  • @chucknorrisgawd Make sure to wear gloves. I had 3 blisters on my fingers.

  • Okay, I just got a job at Walmart as an unloader. Any tips/advice? My hours are 4pm-12am.

  • @Silkyslik quit now while you still have a soul

lol but really, just never look at the truck when you're unloading. it's like looking at a clock when you want time to go by faster. it's just makes it worse. keep your eyes on the boxes and make sure you get good rest so you're not irritable and can handle unloading 2-5 thousand boxes a day. just remember no ones forcing you to work fast

  • @fruitflyproductions Except for the managers screaming at you

  • @fruitflyproductions i also work as an unloader at a walmart supercenter, the biggest one in alberta actually, and wow we work a fuuuuuuck load faster than your video shows haha, we are basically running around the room putting shit on pallets going hard from 330 till 630, then hour break for lunch, then another truck, then move shit to the floor, its pretty fun tho

  • @fruitflyproductions psh my managers did. one of them would scream at you if you even talked. needless to say i quit lol

  • @Silkyslik Becareful how you stack those boxes. If you stack dog food wrong and if it falls, the smell is horrible. Lol. Also, if it falls and the re-stacking is annoying.

  • @Silkyslik dont be a pussy and push yourself...or else just quit... start doing light strength training workouts before you go in every day and stretch...if you not into staying in shape or dont want to be fit, quit this job and go be a cashier.

  • i work as unloader now, were doing two 2000 piece trucks a day monday to friday 3-11 and were always done an hour early so we just fuck around

  • i worked as a unloader for 2 years and i have to say when your store averges 4600 and you only have 3 people working in the back and magement complains about not getting a truck done by 8 it sucks

  • @Mrsfatblackchick well thats just horrible managment...and if they honestly complain about a 4600 pce night not getting done by 8 with only 3 unloaders then you need new management and should use the open door policy.

  • @Mrsfatblackchick

same here. I use to work as an unloader for a few months and i said fuck it and went back to bein a stockman lol

  • @Mrsfatblackchick i feel ya, when they ask me if the trucks done when only half hour has gone by i ask them why they sit on there ass and complain

  • @Mrsfatblackchick a lot of us have been there. Luckily in the small warehouse I worked in, my recieving manager would be back me up if it ever came down to upper management demanding faster results. My recieving manager was in the truck with us! So he's been killing himself for 10+ years for a living.

  • i worked as an unloader for walmart for 5 years its an ok job realy boring

  • almost the same as my store 4-6 Unload 1st truck, 6-8 Unload 2nd truck (or bin if we only have one truck, 9-10 Pull pallets to the floor, 10-1 Picks. We sort our breakpacks as we are unloading a truck so on a typical day we will have 1-2 People in the truck, 1 person sorting breakpacks, 2 people to each side of the chain, and one person in the hole stacking departments 92,95,82, and 32 because we get some grocery on our gm trucks. Nights im in charge I am always short I only get 3-4 people.

  • Our Daily schedule as unloader: 4-6: unload gm truck 6-8:breakpacks and downstack foods 9-10: pull freight to floor 11-12:picks/backroom cleanup/stock water 12-1: Stock Avg truck size: 3200 Avg remix: 28 pallets avg frozen dairy:12 pallets ang meat produce:15 pallets were a super walmart btw dont ever work here! WERE SLAVES
  • lucky you guys got those plastic break packs we got shitty cardboard ones that the bottoms blow out and merchindise spills all over the place

  • I fucking hate it when u open the truck doors and the stack pallets come falling towards you!!

  • @oAINGIRYo they wrap the pallets like shit when the door opens some small boxes fall between the building and the truck

  • Cart Pusher is tough too, I should know, I'm 8 years one. Add the fact that the bosses like to pull cartmen inside for unloading and more, no matter how much it hurts us, since we are lucky to even have three people working a 3 football field size+ parking lot, and money grubbing SOBosses think one can handle it all busy or not.+Associate Routines, imbalanced shifts, "Lazy Boys," know-it-all rookies, delinquents, undoable carryouts, foreign&domestic riffraff, and much more make ours a Hell-Mart.

  • Cashier is the worst job, but unloaders still don't get much upside. From experience, there were some days where I'd rather be a cashier than unloading 2 fucking trucks by a deadline. Oh yeah, lets not forget those random freezer trucks the management just happens to forget about. It really sucks when you aren't proper staffed as unloader. I mean two people unloading and only 2 on the line? How do they expect shit to be done on time with all that frieght? Glad I'm not working there no more...

  • @nova7dragon yeah i know i remeber once we had only 4 ppl unloading a truck and one was throwing other was doing break packs and the other 2 on the belt and a manager pulls one of us from the line to bin exceptions or something......it blows lol

  • @deltaxxzero haha yea same shit here store 2637 this past monday i was throwing a 1800 with 2 guys on the line they took one guy to pull freght to the floor and the other guy to do a grocery truck, and i get blamed for not finishing, this place is a joke

  • Yea it sucks teaching new ppl how to stack we just got 3 new ones and omg there pallets fall every time. Dept 2 just aint the easiest one to start on tho. and omg your right about the break packs i have just made it a habbit to grab from the bottom. hate when theyre all mashed up from the truck tho and wont roll on the rollers. this is awesome talkint to everyone who does the same thing as me.

  • Just got back from a shitty night at walmart. 2700 piece truck 4 people working along with 8 palets of freezer cooler and 15 palets of remix. We didn't even finish the 4 pallets of break packs. As soon as the clock ticked 1 I was out of that bitch.

  • @aabdel20 fucckkkk thats brutal man... i was doing a 2200 around christmas and it was a bitch haha... havent had a 2700 yet lol

  • Im an unloader too, just curious how many people on average do you guys have unloading the truck and what time do you guys finish?

  • @aabdel20

im an unloader. i was a stockman (cart associate) but got moved from the stupid parking lot. we dont have that many unloaders, because they cant keep them at the store I work at. the other night we had a 2900 piece truck and only had 4 unloaders. but at the walmart i work at they had something like 7 unloaders to quit in the last 5 weeks

  • @aabdel20 we get down around 6:30 -7:00 but they expect it down by 6 even if we get freezer and remix at same time

  • @deltaxxzero Wow so its not just us. Same here man. They set the time table at 6 no matter how big the truck is. But a few days ago our Walmart adopted this new policy where freezer cannot come between 4-9 and remix must come after 9. That way they wont interrupt us while unloading the truck.

  • your break pack boxes are white? wtf?

  • Hey, you didn't show the part where someone is pulling out a pallet that someone stacked so shitty and it falls over everywhere. Or the part where the asshole throwing the truck is having a bad day, throwing baby food and glass candles everywhere, giving you about 3 hours worth of claims to do that night. Yup...I just had one of those nights. I fucking hate you walmart.

  • @01koldshok HAHAHAH, man i just had to sign in and comment...all of us in the unloading bay at my store have been stuck with this shitty ass old guy, im talking like seventy, hes been working for three months and still asks every five seconds if fucking automotives go on cosmetics..."is that a uh 46 there?" GODAMNIT IT PISSES ME OFF lol, its nice that someone understands and i can vent about this jerk, his pallets always topple over...i dont let him near my zone

  • @DoctorDROphd lol, is he one of those people who are right beside a 10 pallet, holding a 10 box but is walking around looking for it?. I finally just quit that place a couple weeks ago. but ya right before I quit we had a kid that did the same shit everyday, putting baby food in the pets, dropping every glass jar of pickles known to man, so someone who wasn't retarded had to do claims that night, you know, the usual retarded behavior, good luck with that job, and get the hell out asap lol.

  • @01koldshok yep lol. thats exactly him man and hell look up at the numbers, see its the right one but put it on the pallet NEXT to it...and when the supervisor tells him that doesnt go there, he responds with "its close enough right?" any pallets he stacks, he has to take them out...were not getting bitched at for the wrong shit going to the wrong place. sometimes he dont even look at the numbers just puts it anywhere...he put infants in pets the other day...MY pet pallets...i bitched him out

  • @01koldshok lol ya, we had the kid who always put 40,46, and 2 on the same pallet and said the same thing, so we let him go and when he would pull it out to the floor everyone would bitch at him and make him re-organize the shit and take it to the right department

  • this is my sec job i just got off at 1 am

  • dam niggassssssss

  • This is my first job, and it's really just a gym that pays for young people. 7.90/hr isn't too bad considering I was expecting 7.25 for my first job, and haven't even been there 3 months yet. Oh, and anyone pretending to be a tough guy because they do this is a chump, though. It's not difficult at all if you have a decent body.

  • @McPennyBags I've been at walt mart for a year as an unloader and im still getting paid 7.65 :/

  • How do people do this shit for 2-3 years? And proud of it?

You trying to prove your man hood?

SUCKERS! all of you! What are you trying to prove? Do you REALLY need a job that bad? Might as well be an Illegal immigrant and work for 5.50 if all you care about is work and not pay... MY GOD!

You're not proving your manhood by tellins us HOW LONG you worked here and HOW MUCH YOU DO....... YOU'RE PROVING YOU'RE STUPID!!!!!!!!

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone how much do u make an hour? i unloaded at wal mart n im not proud of it

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone thats nothing dude i work with some who has done it for 8years!!!

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone AMEN on that!! I worked as an unloader for 3 months, and management basiclly wanted me to work like a hebrew slave...needless to say they let me go..im happy they did, but if i had kids to take care of i'd probably still be there like you said so i dont..thanks for your comment!!

  • Why are you people so Proud that you "Bust your ass" for minimum wage? Your proud you can do 2500 Peices or 5000 Peices... You do realize you've spent so many days, weeks, years getting paid PEANUTS for doing ALL THE WORK?

I just did my 3rd day unloading, I usually work inside the store.. and the only thing I could think was... Are..you People.. FUCKING SERIOUS? I would rather be UNEMPLOYED then work in a Walmart Backroom.

Working hard for Walmart is NOTHING to be Proud of. YOU STILL LOSE

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone YOU ARE ALL WORTH MORE THEN this Demon Company... Stop putting your Blood, Sweat, and Tears intoa DEAD END JOB! What are you going to get out of it? Another month's rent? a Six pack of Beer? Some Groceries?

YOU ARE HUMANS.. NOT WORKER ANTS. STOP SUPPORTING THE MONSTER.. QUIT YOUR JOB... TODAY!

THERE ARE MANY OTHER JOBS OUT THERE THAT WILL PAY BETTER... I KNOW THE ECONOMY IS TOUGH... BUT WE CAN'T LET HELLMART TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US!

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone dude, im in fucking college and i need some a little cash so piss off

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone rent, a six pack, and groceries sounds decent to me

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone People like you piss me off. 1. I was unemployed for 9 months before I was hired by Walmart to unload trucks. 2. Unemployment was far worse 3. There will ALWAYS be unloaders at major retailers (It's work that has to be done) 4. Taking pride in what you do (no matter what you do or how long you do it) is far more admirable than bitching about it online.

  • @forgetpolitics FUck that, if it's worth it to you, then do it. I am not busting my ass like that for minimum wage. That's bullshit. you want to do hard manual labor go to a construction or plu, bing company where you will be compensated fairly for your time. I was unemployed for 1.5 years and worked at Walmart, and could only stand it for 6 months. Fuck that corporation taking advantage of needy people in a recession. If I had a wife and kids I'd probably still be there. But I dont so i quit.

  • @Sw1tchBladeMalone hell yes!! I was just thinking that. Fuck that if they didn't pay me Minimum wage for The BS of doing that Job as an Unloader I would still be there and if i had wife and kids I would have stayed but I don't too...so.....FUCK WALMART PEACE I'M OUTTA HERE!!!

  • Ive been an unloader at store 2536 been there 3 years, been ics for 2 years now and it sucks. We have 5 guys a night have to unload two trucks and get break packs done in 4 hours not to mention we set are backroom up. We have 3 trailers filled wioth overstock and 53 foot trailer in a loading dock filled with overstock. I hate my job.

  • Our store treats us like shit. 3 people to unload two trucks. Fuck that....

  • I love my UNLOADING job

  • How much do unloaders make?

  • small ..our belt is twice as long we have 2 trucks a night and 5 guys is not enuff

and the trucks are filled to the roof of loose boxes..the kicker is none of the doors

in the back our open for any fresh air at all..they have AC on the floor unloading bay

has nothing..its against security policy to leave the door open..mean while your dying

of heat exhuastion..NOT AT MY WALMART!

  • i got a sotry for yall............ i work at probably one of the shitties walmarts in the state of IN .... and we have this BITCH ass co-manager (literrally the biggest bitch ive met in my life) and she comes back screamin a fit like usual..... and yells at one of our unloaders who has worked at walamrt for 9 years.. " What are you doing, you need to hurry up and get them boxes off the line... quit pushin the line down you dont need to do that" and then said we are all worthless.... im quiting.

  • we had a lead that couldn't lead on the nights out supposid leader wasn't there we'd get done with time to spare but that was depending on if management wanted to let us do our job

  • did this job for 1 year an a half hated every minuet needless to say there leaders can't lead

  • @dmadalton what did you hate about it? I unload trucks for a retail place, it;s hard work, but worth it if you wanna get into shape, plus my team is good

  • @TheMURDERVILLE wait awhile

  • @TheMURDERVILLE Awsome!

  • Dont unload trucks for wal-mart! All the shit you hear...ITS TRUE!!! Walmart doesnt give a fuck about you!!! Do your self a favor dont apply for ICS, IMS, or Unloader. Its the same fuckin job. Its a paygrade three. You wont make shit. You will get hurt lost 2 toenails and got my foot broke. a buddy four years into the job back surgery. You never get out of this position. Its hard for them to get people to stay. The terrible comments you are true. This job will make you homicidal.!!!

  • @Kibamax

    chill the fuck out.

  • @Kibamax only if your a dumb slacker pussy with no strength...my store has a great crew that all support each other...we all go to the gym and basketball courts after work...we keep each other healthy, we look out for each other...and our crew leader just got a promotion to co manager and the guy i got higherd on with got the lead position, its all about what you make it kid...your store and most stores prolly just have shitty people like you who think shitty ways...

  • i am about to go into my second interview to be a walmart unloader...is it really as bad as poeple say or are most of you just like skinny weak lazy poeple that find it hard? Just trying to get an idea, cause those boxes dont look very big.

  • @GarIicjr I was thinking the same thing.Because people keep saying don't work at walmart as a unloader and it's the worst, and after hearing all that it makes you not want to work there.

  • i got a question. i got interviewed on a monday for being an unloader at my local walmart. how long did it take for anyone else for them to call you back to see if you got the job? im pretty sure my interview was ok cause they were giving me alot of info about when and where the job position was going to take place. i dont know, maybe im just being anxious.

  • @supersamurai563 i start my job at walmart as an unloader next wensday...my interview went well...after i wnet out an took the required drug test it took them a week and a half to kall me..but only because my hiring manager was going on vacation..so it shouldt take to long

  • We have cardboard breakpacks because we're cheap that way and and... we have a small receiving and freight just pours in every night with 3 trucks and and... Oh I hate that place! Woo hoo!!!! I mean I need a new job...

  • at #1806 we unload 2,000 pieces in 1:40 with 5 people. they expect it to be done before 6 no matter what the size and no matter how many people. two truck day, before 8. no excuses no exceptions. three truck day, if it's small we do it if not we leave it and have two trucks the next day as well. ever notice how after 10 pm though the job is cake as hell?

  • @freezingcathedral haha same here finish truck before six, pallets pull to the floor in one hour...

  • Fuck that throwing is my favorite thing to do, I fucking hate catching, it's mind numbing. Pushing is the worst job on the line though.

  • im a unloader at #2009 and it has just gotten worse since i been working there. for some reason we have 2 leads in the back and they do nothing except push the belt. we basically do every single job at the store also we stock, push carts, picks, hanging, do the claims, and i've worked as a overnight stocker first and i can say being a unloader is such a harder job for less pay.

  • And finally, to all you mother fuckers talking shit about unloaders, you're probably the pencil kneck lazy good for nothing POS who couldn't deal with the job and either quit or got your ass fired because you're fucking worthless. I'm also doing this job full time plus going to school so you can open your sewer hole mouth and push your bullshit back in. You faggots talk shit behind a keyboard but if you saw me you wouldn't have shit to say.

  • I worked for Officemax overnight crew 5 years and it was very physical work purging, offloading, planograms and stocking people think it's easy but this kind of work can be very tedious then the next day hard as hell running around like a mad man

  • @Noremorse10 Yes, i would tough guy.i did that crap for a week bfd you are the sucker for doing it you shouldn't be proud of being a slave

  • @Vito337 Got news for you pal, you're a slave no matter where you're at unless you're the one warming an office chair and handing out termination slips. Some people have to do a job temporarily because they have no choice and would rather not sit around battling for unemployment.

  • And before anyone tells me to stop bitching, if you were on my team you would be glad to see me at work every day because of the relief that you may not be throwing. I am one of the best throwers in my store and any of my co-workers will admit to that. We have a few guys who throw every 2-3 months and only if its a truck under 1500. I don't bitch at work, I keep my lips sealed and handle stuff like a man. I pull (PUN) my weight plus many others for less than 8 an hr. but oh well, thats life.

  • I work at #444 and let me tell you my team does everything. We are I.C.T. (no longer I.C.S.). We unload trucks, do picks, down stack grocery plus take it out for ON's. Some of those 3rd shifters don't even half earn their extra pay. I see some walking around taking their time doing whatever it is they're doing. No sense of urgency at all. And a great hypocrisy of walmart is how they preach so much safety yet their GM shipping habits are anything but safe. Throw a truck and you will see.

  • our backroom doesnt look like that its a damn shit hole cause all those damn managers keep ordering shit and plus we quit getting trucks on tuesdays and end up with two on wednesday. does anyone else hate that blitz shit every year?

  • @dragracingking21 oh yeah i do i work at one of the last remaining little walmarts and its hell every year when we get blitz stuff in especially when it shoves 2 trucks at us in one night

  • lol back in reno we used to get 6 trucks in one night lol but whe had no racks in the way just a huge dance floor lol mgnmnt let us get away with a lot not like other walmarts but we always got it done on time

  • wow nice bay set up never seen done that way 2nd shift ics lead #703

  • Hate Breakpacks especially when we're having 2 big trucks in 1 day.. I'm an unloader in Toronto Stockyards 1004.. =)

  • hi im an unloader in rohnert park ca

  • i hate those fucking belts they refuse to fix. They're literally falling apart and shit.

  • unloaders have the worst job in the store.

  • No, store standards does.

  • yup me too :/

  • @thorhawk792 Totally agree with you on this comment. Most people don't get it cause, they have not been an unloader. They just walk a mile in an unloader's shoes. They will sing a different tune too. It is hard work, and most time a thankless job to.

  • @MsSophie26 Shit they dont even have to walk a mile they could walk like two feet in our shoes and be hurtin lol

  • @thorhawk792 thats bs, unloading is easy as fuck as long as your not OLd, fat, lazy, unfit, if your fit and in shape unloading is a fucking breeze, you dont have to deal with customerz, you just come and do your shit and go home its fresh. like i said above unless your a fat lazzy slob.

  • @thorhawk792 i agree with you.

  • @thorhawk792

LOL no. I just got hired as an Unloader and it's like 500 times better than being a cashier at a retail store.

  • @thorhawk792 i beg to differ bud... id have to say shows or infants...

  • at our walmart in centralia illinois I myself as an unloader for one hate carboard break pacs unless the boxes are in decent shape but we have a really tiny back room since the landlord wont let us build onto the store and get more room in the back and not only that the one time i dont like freight is around the christmas season because of the trees, ornaments, etc...

  • man. it's a tough job . being in da bak unloading .

  • its called back loading a trailer when you have no room, i like the plastic break pack boxes ..we have stupid card board ones that the bottoms fallout all over the floor...we have plastic pallets because so many associates got splinters in their hands..they are lighter to move around..

  • Ah, shitty. But at the same time the plastic breakbboxes suck, opening them I cut my hands several times ( I find gloves incredibly uncomfortable...) You're lucky to have the plastic pallets though, I always thought about how nice that would've been.

  • I wish our backroom was that big. most of the time we have to put the freight pallets on an empty truck.

  • everyday we get 2 trucks at each at least 2200 pc.....

  • dude at the walmart I work at we down stack the grocery in the back and line them up on carts in the back for the night shift, and I was having to do the 2000 piece trucks by myself. I always I got done though and got in only a few hours sometimes. That is some real hardwork.

  • BREAKPACKS!!!

  • BREAKPACKS!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • i unload a 600+ piece truck with some fat fuck every other day..and they expect the two of us to finish it all in 2 hours... LMAO

    FUCK YOU WAL MART

  • your lucky your truck is only 600+ are trucks are always at least 1500+

  • @Gunbusta LOL

  • I work in the furniture department and it fucking sucks! As soon as the economy gets better, I'm going back to being a day laborer or a temp service worker. I'll also enroll in a local college, something that Wal-mart doesn't want me to do.

  • piss on Wal-Mart.

  • and that was just a one truck day, looks like 2000 pieces. All the unloaders at my old job got in trouble for not doing 5000 in 4 hours.. thats means you have to unload 1 box every half a second, lmfao

    FUCK YOU WALMARTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTt

  • Yeah I have to downstack the grocery trucks by myself. It is dumn. The truck gets there at six or seven and I have to have it done before 10. Or the night shift starts complaing and bitching. I have to breakdown 12 to 15 pallets by myself. Now that is walmart bullshit.

  • your job sucks!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • quit whining get your finger out and do the job!

  • @dirk4172 lmao! back when i was a grocery stocker, i use to be one of those that bitched unloaders out. i always called them lazy and i always told them i could do their job and mine on the same night. that night came, i downstacked the entire grocery truck (9 pallets) in one hour, threw two aisles that called for four hours each, finished them in 6, leaving me with one hour left in my shift. that shut them up. plus, the fact we stockers use to do it before we got people to do it for us.

  • dude ive downstacked 24 pallets and had to stay to throw an aisle because are night shift sucks. But I dont work in the backroom anymore so i cant complain I finally got rewarded for my hardwork.

  • @xeproject9 only 9 pallets wtf try 18 pallets and it all has to go on carts even cereal pallets. but before you can do that you have to unload the gm truck then the dry truck then you can start. not just come in when half the job is done and take the creidt.

  • @lightitupfool i seriously tried to thumbs up your comment several times over. im a truck unloader also and like one night we'll have like one 1400 peice truck with like 8 guys, than have one night where its just 3 guys and 2 trucks equalling 5000 peices lmao!! i hate walmart!!

  • @TC4174 that is our store all the fucking time dude lol. it's like they're trying to fuck with us. 900 piece day you have everyone that works in the fucking department back there, 6000 piece day you have 4 people

  • @Hecante i know what you meean, the other day we had a 36 peice, just 36 peices and everyone was their, than the next day a 3400 peice and it was only me and another guy. it sucked!!!

  • @TC4174 36 piece day what the fuck lol. I've never seen less than 400 pieces.

And yeah I've had days where I was literally the only one fucking there. That was an amazing experience. last time we had a 5600 piece day and it was just 3 of us we ended up staying 4 hours overtime.

  • @Hecante Yea, all pallets. Iv always wanted to have races with someone pulling a fullsize lawn and garden pallet full of fertilizer and another pulling pool salt

    Those sum bitchs are heavy!

Yea yesterday we had a 2600 and 6 people, that was one of the good days.

Truck unloader job is the assume the position job, we do everything lol

  • @lightitupfool That's not hard. Just grab more than 1 box at a time. I'm usually grabbing about 6-8+ boxes, depending on the weight. 3+ for dog food, oil etc. Just gotta not be lazy, is all.

  • how much is the paying for this in Texas?

  • I get payed 8.20 for downstacking the grocrey trucks.

  • lol, i get paid 12.45 an hour at a desk job, lol!!!! Free Cell Phone, and a company car 24/7!

  • that looks hella boring really boring

  • its a shame unoaders do more work in the first 5 min of thier day than most do for a week. Also we get paid like shit and do everything except cashier. I think the only ones who do more are managment...sometimes.

  • yall joint simer to ours i work at target overnight. why is yall pallets so far from da line??

  • where are all the female unloaders?!? we really are the best ones.

and you forgot the part where we do bullshit work for the majority of the day

  • you mean like do other ppls jobs Ha we have to go up front all the time and sometimes work meats and work the coolers

  • i always have to do groceries job! fuck coolers though

  • ya and fuck my 4 to 1 shift i cant stand it the cools suck hella bad

  • If you do the bullshit work and you want to be equal to men, then do the work and quit bitching, then men will treat women as equals. You can send me a negitive comment back, but you know you hate working at Wal Mart omgitspinkie. Get a job in the field you are studying, you might be better off. Wal Mart fucks anyone and everyone over.

  • I HATE MY JOB!!! I never should have put in an application at Wal-mart!

  • fuck you man

  • That isn't shit, a day in the life of an unloader, it is a no brainer job and that was only one truck. Not impressed at all.

  • I swear I know that place!
