When was the last time you ran Scandisk and Disk Defragmenter?

When was yr last AV update & scan?

When was yr last Spyware update & scan?

Do you even have AV & spyware installed?

Update AV & spyware, run full scans w/ both, then run Scandisk & Disk Defragmenter. Also find a registry cleaning pg to clear out bad reg links, and uninstall/delete any junk/old/unwanted files.

You think ur computer is slow? I managed to install windows XP on a 166 pentium with 32 mb of ram. It takes like 40 minutes to boot. Oh and I have 4 gb of HD space and an onboard video card with no drivers.

my laptop looked like that once, brand new one too. just get Auslogics Disk Defrag, a neat lil app called CleanUp! and use the normal windows Disc Cleanup, it worked for me on my win vis comp, it can probably workd for you! :D
