How very true! The power of a smile. I think anyone who works in customer service or at the checkout register in a store would benefit from learning this. See SO many people who scowl at you when you go to checkout. Makes me want to go spend my money somewhere else instead of keeping those people in business.

If you really want to read body language properly, you can't just do it through a book and lectures, you have to study magazines and movies. Those two main elements will teach you a great deal about how the human body responds.
A fun fact for you: If you are seated in the presence of a woman and begin conversing with her, even while she in the presence of multiple men, she will instinctively point her foot in the direction of the male she desires the most. A good way to tell if you're the one.

he talks too much and uses his hands too much. a body language expert would have been able to control themselves a lot better. This guy has good pointers but I wouldnt concern my self with him any further than just pointers. dont take what he says as gold.
