  • Wow, I've been working out for one month, but with barely any cardio. I decided to incorporate a lot of cardio into this month, and I started with this routine today... after the end I had to hold onto a shelf to finish the jump split squats! This is going to help me a lot... at the end of the week let's see how I'm doing!

  • Guys keep in mind that dieting is 99% of it. The workout is realistic and very similar to a p90x or crossfit or HITT workout...supersetting between workouts without rest...or limited rest...it gets your heart rate up.

  • that workout shes doing at 1:26 works wonders for your butt - trust me, i did it when i had a flat butt and now my butt is nice and curvy. this will help you lose 10 lbs in 1 month its a great circuit
