Their statements are not true. The ad was accepted. Lane Bryant was treated absolutely no differently than any advertiser for the same product. We were willing to accommodate them, but they chose to seek publicity instead.

HAHAHAHA!!! Why was this banned? Because she's bigger than a twig? She is the most beautiful model I have ever seen, and the entire commercial was done in good taste. My wife has about the same proportions as this chick (wife is a bit larger in one area ;-)), and I wouldn't want her any differently.
There is a large market out there for Lane Bryant clothing, I can't believe FOX and CBS decided to ban this commercial. Idiots.

I can see what your saying, that the execs. at Fox banned it because she is curvier than most of the bone and skin girls. Trust me, I think skinny girls are gross. But maybe some of the execs. at Fox are parents, and they have young children. Now, I understand that Victoria's Secret's commercials are racy, but they just show 1-2 second flashes of bras, and this ad shows more.
