the reason his numbers declined from the 07-08 season was a lingering back injury, which eventually led to a fracture. When he comes back for 09-10, look for him to average at least 15 and 10, probably more because he is going to be needed on offense so much

I agree. He's a good pick, even looking Dwill/CP3 four years later. There's more good PGs in the league than ever. I can name 10 very solid ones. On the other side there's a lack of Centers. Fifteen years ago D12 wouldn't be a Top 5 Center. If there's a good big man waiting out there, go get him.

Amazing? This guy is the definition of average. He gives you 10 points and 9 rebounds per game, even Kwame Brown can do that and he sucks. This guy gets posterized more often than Shawn Bradley did and he always gets biatchslapped when he plays against centers that are actually good. Chris Paul is a year younger than Bogut and already an all star who is 2nd only to Kobe Bryant in the MVP race this year. According to Yahoo's NBA player rankings Andrew Bogut was ranked #78 at the end of this season. Chris Paul is finished ranked #1. So they drafted the 78th best player in the NBA instead of the #1 player. They must be kicking themselves in the foot about now.
