Muy buen dibujo compadre, hace poquito me compre una genius i608 y la verdad esta buenisima, y la verdad te facilita bastante el trabajo....

Deberias subir mas videos, lo unico que pillo son videos de dibujos echos con wacom tanto asi q pensaba que la genius era mala y q nadie la ocupaba, pero ahora estoy feliz de haberla comprado :)

i was thinking which size should i get? the 8X6 or the 5X4?

it says the 5X4 has 4000 LPI and the 8X6 has 2000, does it matter anything?

lpi means lines per inch, so yes, it does matter if you don't want to zoom all the time to make detailed strokes

i use a genius mousepen 8x6 too. but its hard to control. i mean, very hard. it lags.

also, am i supposed to take that rubber thing on it? that gray pad?

Well mine doesn't lag, i guess your pc may not have enough memory, i have 512MB on ram, a dual core with 5.2GB total and a 256MB Nvidia video card, with this configuration i can draw with no problems at all... and i didn't knew that you could take out that rubber thing XD i just noticed that, but i don't suggest you to do it

The letter sized one works amazingly good, but the smaller version is kind of twitchy

You can adjust the tip sensitivity so i don't see how that could be awkward

¿Es verdad que hay que usar el lapiz muy recto para que dibuje?

(se que no dibuja trazos inclinados como la wacom,pero me refiero a que si hay que ponerlo muy derecho sobre la tableta para que dibuje los trazos normales)

Pues veo que dibuja sin muchos problemas hasta en un angulo de unos 30º de inclinacion, pero aun mas inclinado todavia funciona pero si ya empieza a fallar su sensibilidad de presion.

Al principio si es un poco dificil, sobre todo porque uno esta acostumbrado a dibujar inclinado hacia algun lado, pero en unas horas ya se vuelve muy natural el movimiento...

El personaje es de mi amiga kuruchan su galeria checala en ageha2005.dev...

Tenes idea que tanta diferencia hay entre una genius y una wacom? porque por especificaciones la genius tiene 1024lvls y la wacom (bamboo) 512 y en resolucion la wacom tiene 2500+/- y la genius 2000+/-.

Te agradeceria si sabes del tema

Pues significan su densidad de sensibilidad a la presion del stylus y del movimiento sobre la tableta respectivamente. Yo te recomiendo que si te alcanza el dinero te compres una wacom, pero no la bamboo, se sienten mas suaves en general y puedes comprar repuestos de la puntas; pero si tu presupuesto es bajo, la genius trabaja muy bien y no tiene fallas como otras opciones baratas.

Además la wacom tiene detección de presión inclinada (guarda,no es lo mismo que le pregunté yo),quiero decir que cuando dibujás con el lápiz inclinado,hace el trazo distinto como cuando dibujás de refilón con un crayón en una hoja.

awesome, is the the hotkey on genius mousepen works on photoshop? If it does how do you set it?

Yes it does work but i don't use them too much, cuz i don't like to look at the tablet.

You set it using the applet that comes with the tablet software... for example button1 = Ctrl+Alt+Z etc. Photoshop recognizes them and they do work fine, good luck.

Big thanks. I dont really like the pen pressure, and I always set the brush to 5 or more so that I could see the lines.
