Lee is not a liar, I, too, have the nervous laughter problem. When I was 12 years old, I was so nervous at my best friends father's funeral, and I wanted to cry, but I started luaghing instead. Very inappropriate and I knew that, but I couldn't stop it. He is running this all though his head and telling it like he sees it. He stayed out of the media attention, and he was not at Casey's trial unless he was to be on the stand that day.

People have been saying that Lee is dishonest or lying here. But, take a look at just one example. Lee said he really didn't know about any smell coming from the car when George had gotten the gas cans. He repeats, despite being prodded by authorities to get the answer they want, that this was a question better left to George.

Also there was a heart sticker on the duct tape, about the size of a dime. they found heart shaped stickers in Casey's room . But the judge wold not let that picture be shown to the jury.

Can't figure out why she wold do this. Unless there was a accident , then no turning back. Just can't wrap my mind around this happening on purpose. Thank God that most of us can't !

In the beginning Casey was trying to claim pizza caused the smell in the trunk. I've never heard of Pizza smelling this bad . When my pizza goes bad  its not like a sandwitch , the meat is on the top , in such small amounts , it just gets hard...

This girl somehow killed this kid , U don't want to think it happened on purpose ... perhaps a accident , but what would she put duct tape on her mouth for?

I can't help but feel sympathetic towards Lee Anthony & his parents. They ALL know what's up. They know Casey either killed her baby girl or there was an accident & Casey has covered it up. I truly believe these people are only trying to keep her fm receiving the death penalty. I DON'T believe they're trying to help get Casey out of this all together.

I agree with much of what you say, except that I don't feel Lee is being100% forthcoming. Lee and Casey had a close brother - sister relationship. Casey often confided in Lee. Lee seems to give a lot of info. . Yet, it seems more than likely that Casey told Lee what happened and begged him not to throw her to the wolves. It also appears that Lee is willing to go only so far, so as not to abandon Casey or risk implicating himself.

I do believe the truth will be awful but I think Cindy will come off somewhat sympathetically. The People magazine article implies that possibly George fathered Casey's child. That Cindy and Casey were always intensely competitive and that may be why. And if she was willing to keep on maintaininig her family in the face of something like that, I have to say she's really strong and actually tolerant.

@XWoodchuckleX The Dr. testified , they know the day she went missing, the day the car was towed. So it was 2 maybe 3 days. Leaving a chicken out 1 day starts to smell , but rem this child had all her body fluids , it would swell up & go bad very fast. I don't know how she could stand the smell. She admits now she was with the child when she died trying to blame it on her dad from drowning . But ,She killed this child. I just can't figure out why.
