  • Angela is a deep character. This musix sgould be called: Angela's Theme.

  • i cry

  • @sasukexmomiji Really? Awww :(

    Sorry.

  • @DocPoulet you have mp3 link? ;w;

  • o_O WTF 1 dislike

  • OK can some one explain this to me! Is Silent hill the town it self crazy or is it the people in it???? Because in silent hill 3 Vincent tells Heather "Monsters? They look like monsters to you?" Heather freaks out that she's been actually been killing actual people he then says "Don't worry its just a joke..." My question was it a joke? Please reply

  • angela symbolize a girl suffered torment inside and out her father rape her, she murder her father. she keeps running away from reality they have thing in common with james and eddy... the endless stare way is a symbol of never ending torment she's suffered a lot i think the fire in stare way blocking james to help angela, angela ask james for her knife i think she's planning to kill her self.

  • The fire is the Holy Spirit... and then she went to Heaven! xD

  • First time i've seen a vid where nobody has disliked...yet. And i've seen A LOT!!!

  • @DEEPGNOSTIC

    Really ? o_o Well it's a good thing :D Thanks !

  • The picture at 1:07 sums up Angela. Worth a 1,000 words

  • I think I like the picture at 1:54 the best.

  • I actually had trouble feeling bad for Angela because she was so rude and condescending.

  • ..Poor Angela....

I felt so bad for her..:c..

    Nice video

  • @SanniDog

    Thank you!

  • The whole game is left to individual interpretation. I think that Silent Hill is a version of Hell.

James's Silent Hill is created from his own mind and guilt about his wife's death.

Angela's is a manifestation of her abuse, and the feelings that she deserves what happened, as well as guilt about killing her father and brother.

That's why Angela sees a different Silent Hill from James's. Though they overlap at various points (like the abstract daddies and the stair scene)

  • Angela is not dead...the flames are suppose to be a manisfestation of her constant state of living hell....The erotic picture on the wall serves as a constant reminder of her fathers sexual abuse and knife was a used to kill her dad..

for anyone who's played the game...before you enter the room to encounter "Abstract Daddy" there are newspaper articles on the floor stating that Thomas Orosco was stabbed multiple times between 11:00PM and 12:00AM

  • but she is dead, it's heavely implied that she killed herself

  • Negative... She wields that knife to remind herself that she killed her father. She hands it James but then asks for it back...implying suicide.

People assume that everyone James meet is dead...that's not true...they're dead in a metaphorical way but not literally.

  • that's not what i meant.

Angela went up the stairs to go kill herself. I knew that she was alive (obviously). She dies in the end of the story.

  • i'm pretty sure james killed eddie for real though. wooden planks aren't figuritive

  • @DEEPGNOSTIC

So what do you think she does after she walks up the stairs?

  • @Geminilion100 she twitchs all glitchy-like...hacked camera :)

  • angela orosco! ♥

  • This is beautiful.

    The pictures..

One of my favorite Silent Hill songs..

    Amazing...

  • Thank you ^^

  • omg poor girl she had to have suffered her whole life.....:{

  • You can hear her torment and angst in those notes. You can hear her uncertainty and hopelessness...poor girl...

  • What's the name of this song? Does it have another name besides Angela's theme?

  • Theme of Laura (Reprise) apparently..

  • Angela's theme is beautiful, but a little too repetitive.

  • Well, her soul is trapped in Purgatory forever because she committed Suicide... so i think the hunting Repetitiveness works.

  • Huh, she did? With what? I thought James refused to give her the knife back? ... And didn't she perish in those flames by the staircase?

  • NOPE, She killed herself before them. It's believed that people that Kill themselves are trapped in purgatory, and are stuck in the Moment of there death. Cursed never to be allow to cross over, and enter Heaven. That's Angela. Just think about it.

"For me.. It's always like this..."

  • Sounds like pure speculation to me... I always thought of those stairs as a symbolic representation of her personal torment. That "thing" on the wall symbolizing how her father raped her, the flames representing her inner guilt and how she blames herself for aforementioned rape, and if she for a moment thought that James was her mother, she was probably suffering from some kind of delusional psychosis as well. So maybe she imagined/saw the flames and Silent Hill made those flames real?

  • uh.....I think I saw her walk out of Silent Hill with james at the end of SH2

  • Play it again, Sam. It'll make you think otherwise.

  • Thank you.

For me it's always like this too...

    With love...

  • Oh. Huh. Lookit that.

    My fanart.

    Well..um...thanks I guess.

  • Angela... poor sick girl. I love Silent Hill 2.

  • ...awsome...

i loved all of the art, mad props to the artists and to you for putting this together.

i love silent hill fanart, its a hobby of mine, and angela artwork is so hard to come by, this was great

  • Ah, thank you ^^"

I love SH fanart too and I wanted to tell the story of Angela, one of my favourite characters ^^"

  • Well, that's the problem with the names of the musics from Silent Hill 2 OST : it's never the same between the CDs from Japan / US and Europe !

So this version is called "Theme of Laura (Reprise)". I always thought it was pretty strange because there is no connection with Laura nor the "Theme of Laura" song... u_u"

So I suppose this music could be called "Promise" with a subtitle (like remix, reprise, etc) in some version of the OST :/

  • What song is this? I know it's "Promise", right? But is it a special version?
