This seems hard only because it's actually the orginal version of this piece. Most of the "tutorials" here on YouTube are actually abridged or simplified versions. It is by no means easy to play, and is not meant for beginner piano students.

For those that intend to learn it but whose techniques are not well developed yet, try another tutorial or omit the hard parts altogether. And for those that do not, just enjoy the music.
