how did you get the music on the video so clearly? I mean the only way I can do this is record the music as it plays from an external device like a tape recorder or something up that ally.

I used my laptop's recording program, my family computer's old microphone, and the game itself straight off my DS (setting it on mono so that I wouldn't have to record off both left and right sides).
