i have the same bike and the same exhaust. want to pull the baffles but worried it might hurt performance.? need to put a chip in and not worry about it.
man that sounds sweet, im waiting on my laser to get here in the mail, but a better way to get rid of the cat is to get a set or 05' r6 headders and just gut to size and get a cuppler for it. but yeah no welding involved and it's real clean looking. again nice system man!
I have been looking for a long time at exhaust's for my 2004 Fireblade and I think this Laser exhaust has the best sound (by far). What's the deal with the sound level?, Is it to loud for the track day at Laguna and others?. I always wear earplugs anyway.

Most tracks it is not allowed to have a aftermarket exhaust. Because it has to do with the sound levels they produce. Not sure what the rules are when a dB killer is included with the exhaust.
header was done by MJS performance ..... send in the stock unit , he cuts off the cat , welds on a Y pipe & the ox sensor threaded bit , ceramic coating & ships it back for 250.00 .... nice work & a great price !
