He dosent need to change his soles to compensate for his balance. he needs to start sweeping that right leg behind him and getting lower on the finish. Take a look at when he finishes his right left is straight back. So all of his weight is on his left.
Practice getting that leg around. It will help you get lower, and come under the ball a little more because you wont have to come around your leg at the end it will be out of the way. GL
I sure as hell hope you dot bowl in league like that...cause the first time you crossed over into my lane and lifted your leg like that after a strike..Id crap in my pants laughing.lol....stay in your own lane!!!
How about changing the sole (looks like you have a pair of Dexter SST's, which feature interchangeable soles) to a less slidy one? I'm sure that would improve your balance, which seems to be way off. It might not hurt any of your single shots, but makes it much harder to repeat shots.
The change of soles (in my case, the whole pair of shoes, i had cheapo's) will help you get more balance, leverage and help you keeping your slide straight and true, you don't have to slide half of the approach.
Besides, I never thought I would get any advice or hate, I really did not think that anyone would care. This was just a way to share a video with friends that don't live close by. If you liked the vid, great. If you didn't, oh well, I'll live.
Not only do you get the free advice from the helpful people, you also get constant hate from all the bitter people. What most bitter people don't understand is why anyone would help anyone else without getting something in return. There is no shame in helping your fellow man. In fact, the laws of karma will reward you for doing so. Once again, thanks to Sasquatch and the other who lent a helpful hint.
3. You look like you're having trouble getting it around your hips. Try opening your shoulders a bit. Bring your right should back, so that you're maybe at a 30 degree angle with the pins. That way, you don't have to worry about hitting your hips when you come back.
1. Don't push up when you push off. Just push straight out. This might help your second problem.
2. Second problem is, you seem to be muscling your arm swing. It might be because of how fast the ball is coming down, so you need to slow it down or it won't hook at all. Just try to let it swing on its own, like a pendulum.

Sasquatchy, thanks for the advice. I have utilized your advice and have boosted my average by at least 10 pins. I began reviewing my own videos and did find I was having trouble getting around the ball around my hips. I find my accuracy has gone up and I pull the ball a lot less.
If your open to suggestions about staying behind the ball longer, I have a valuable tip I learned from the local pro here in my state, and that is, as soon as you release the ball, reach up with your hand and grab your ear. I know it may sound silly, but if you stick with it and DO IT everytime, you'll start to notice more revs on your ball, and in some cases, better accuracy. Make sure you do it everytime though, if not, it wont become a habit.. -=D
Why are you yelling at the kid? He's probably going to be more talented then this guy anyway. Your form does need work as your average will stay the same regardless of what ball you have.
The form is not that sloppy, just unique. Yea, you could probably use some work, but that goes for anybody, including guys like Pete Weber and Chris Barnes. And buy as many balls as you want. It's your money. Damn that perfect form crap.
Lmfao this is too funny. Wtf is he doing.

Damn mang, sweep that right foot behind your planted left leg and you'll swing better strokes GUARANTEED.

Looks like he's coming over the top of the ball instead of behind it...
You must pull it left a lot right?

^^^ very true. Try coming through the ball instead of coming around. You would get more revs and more hook potential.

lanes must be real tough throwing the ball like that
no offense man but you come out the side of ball terribly
try to focus on keeping your thumb facing away from your body and stay under neath and behind the ball
on most lane conditions coming out the side of the ball will get you in trouble
good luck

Yes, I know its the same strike over and over.
Yes, I know the form is sloppy.
No, you do not need perfect form to own this ball.
You just need a job.
Positive comments and constructive criticism are cool,
however negativity will be dissed.

Nice replay 20 times in a row. You need to work on your form before you get bowling balls like that!!
