The song shows how the doctor took a "shine" to Martha. She is a great companion for him I just think that he needs realise that a bit more. However I think that it was sad how they ended the series really, didn't you? Maybe he could of tried to persuade her to stay rather than just let her walk out like that - I know that shes gonna call him n watever but I think that I would be a bit dissappointed if I'd gone through what Martha has gone through for him to get that response I'd be gutted.

Thank you for saying that. Both Martha and the actress Freema were so taken for granted and treated badly. Freema's character brought new viewers (like myself) to watch Doctor Who, and as you say, they should have had the Doc go after Martha. In Series 4 Martha was treated quite shabbily too, writing her out for the most part, yet they had the nerve to get angry with her for getting a new job in Law and Order. I think Tennant's behind it, wanting yet another, new female to fondle.
