just what i needed to hear! after years of loving coffee and diet soda i finally admit it's time to cut way down on the caffeine, it's just too hard on my ocd. great idea about the fruit to replace the sugar in the AM. i've also started to try to get morning workouts in as a way to level out. thanks for the ideas and the biological explanation was a lot of help! :)

@LoveJoyPeaceComfort o dear, that's no fun! how do you react to tea? sugar? It could be anything from a mineral or vitamin deficiency to an imbalance in your food intake to insulin issues. Feel free to send me your diet and ill take a look and let you know if i see any warning signs! take care!
@LoveJoyPeaceComfort Understandable. Sometimes when a person is dependent on coffee for alertness, it is a sign that they are not eating enough protein.
I'll try drink tea instead of coffe. I love coffe too and I drink coffee everyday. I am not good at English, because I am japanese. Anyway, I am suffuring from panic disorder more than 10 years. I did concentralte your speak, but I could not understand your English perfectly. But I will try drink tea !! right?
@yintermezzo That's right! Coffee can make people with panic disorder nervous or even cause panic attacks, so I try not to drink it. Tea could be a nice substitute. Thanks for your comment! Stay strong!
@gambini735 anytime! sorry to hear about your anxiety symptoms worsening, but it is great that you are listening to your body and figuring out what you can do to keep things in check. stay strong!
