so if i got the tracks recorded, can i transfer tracks onto programs like garageband?

or can i like straightup record onto the computer and only use the hd16cd as a mixer and not as a recorder?

I'm confuse, I thought you can use USB to control the DAW...so what if I want to control an extenal device from the Zoom using Midi Clock
