hmm, kinda, but not really. i think the best band out there i could say that best defines post hardcore is glassjaw, but ffaf is also good, and i know a lot of post-hardcore bands that are not emo, and actually fuse it with metalcore/happy hardcore. look up for april morning skies. heheh! peace!
