  • I just bought 2 clown loaches. they are little and I have a 50 gallon tank. Did I make a mistake will they get big and eat my one betta fish and my 4 danios?

  • Mochomp. Minimum 6 clown loach in a 6ft or Bigger tank. Never ever put two red tail sharks together. One will definitely be killed

  • Machompy, no they need to be in groups of 6+ in tanks approx 6ft or more in length for their adult size (potentially 14"). They are also long term commitment, and looked after, can live for about 40 years.

The tank in this vid is way too small, with no hiding/shadowed areas for them

  • Now you normally feed a fish this size adult red devils and small children. Correct? Haha. xD.

  • do clown loaches become more bold in bigger groups???

  • How can you move a foot long fish to another aquarium?

  • clown loaches is great, but some dont know that they get 40cm but clown loaches isnt so space demanding. But i would concider to put in a bigger tank. BUT NICE BOTIAS YOU GOT.

  • There not MONSTERS intact they'll get bigger they are big but there natural grow is bigger

  • damN MONSTA LOACH! NICCE

  • there huge really nice :D

  • beautiful. but if you can fit them into a bigger tank, better.

  • You need a bigger thank mate. I love clown loaches too :-)

  • thats nice i was thinking about putting sand in but im not sure on how to clean it. ??

  • the tank is fine

  • Such healthy big loaches!!!! I've seen some big ones look sad... Nice work :)

  • Great to see thanks. I've had my six for 16 years now. They are in a 6' x 18" x 18". They have been growing very slowly since the start and are currently 8" (2 x females) and 6" (4 x males). I hope they reach 20 years old.

  • Awesome loaches Zep, see on on MFK!

  • the tank is now way big enough u should upgrade 2 at least a 6 foot tank!!!! nice clowns though, i think there really cool!!!

  • oh yh how old are they and how big are they ?

  • @ashbuzzman100 i had bought them this big and if i had to guess on age i would say between 15-18yrs old and they are 12" Thanks

  • wow and i guess you love clown loaches lol

  • those loaches looks healthy and nice..no matter how boring and tank looks if you add them clown loaches they will make it look alive..are they in a bigger tank now? or you keeping them in there? They deserve a bigver tank man..five star for your loaches...

  • Yeh i agree with "icon158" Beautuful clown loaches and tank but you could eally do with atleast a 5ft tank or bigger.. Just for the fishes sake :P

  • @bradows7 They are now in a 1500gallon tank with about 15 other loaches 8-15" so i am sure they are happy as hell and loving there new tank!!!

  • @Zeppelin3k how much would a 1500gallon tnak cost?

  • beautiful loaches, but that tank is way to small. for the 20something loaches i counted

  • @icon158

    closer to 40, thanks
