when the media is saying what the bubble bloggers have been saying for a couple of years, we've begun the decline. the bubble is popping. housing will drop 50% or more in the next 4 years.
@penisculatus I'm in Central Canada, when you can drive down nearly ANY street and see 2 - 3 new homes or major renovation projects you don't need the news or bloggers to tell you Canada is in for one hell of a housing bubble BURST. The only question now is how much time do we have before it comes crashing (I give it less then 2 years).
dont buy now!! save ur money n wait till the crap hits the fan, than the price of homes will b more reasonable.
