  • 1:01 LOOK AT KEITH..............FUCKING NASTY

  • All the great 60s bands were somewhat influanced by Dylan. This sounds like a great response to Dylans "Leapord Skin Pillbox Hat" from (I think) Dylans "Highway 61 Revisited" album.

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • What an amazing bass line! The keys kill me. The accents on the drums are amazing! Trashy barrelhouse music. Pints of warm ale and cigarettes!

  • stones 66

  • Deliciously trashy!

  • Seriously, the deeper you go into the Stones, the better they get!!

  • Kick Ass!!

  • I always loved the sound they got in Los Angeles with Dave Hassinger engineering at the RCA studios. All those amazing singles were recorded there; Satisfaction, Get of My Cloud, Have you seen your Mother Baby?. This is the sound, they never sounded like this again once they moved to Olympic.

  • @MrFlowers I thought Satisfaction was recorded in Chicago (either that, or Miami)??

  • @MrFlowers Dave Hassinger and Jack Nitzsche were a great help for the early stuff the Stones recorded. I read it several times. For example, Nitzsche arranged the keyboard in Play with Fire an several other Stones songs like Paint It Black and Let's Spend The Night Together. He also did the choral arrangements for You Can't Always Get What You Want. Nitzsche introduced Ry Cooder to the Stones in 1968, which influenced Keith's guitar playing (and the Stones sound) tremendously.

  • August 1966 RCA Studios Hollywood Ian Stuart played keys on everything pretty much from 63 to 71, though there are likely exceptions. This is from the footnotes from the SINGLES COLLECTION

  • These were the musicians on the A side of the single, the B side was Who's Driving your plane. My guess they were recorded at the same time

    Mick Jagger - Vocals,

Keith Richards - Guitar, Backing Vocals

    Brian Jones - Guitar

    Bill Wyman - Bass guitar

    Charlie Watts - Drums

    Ian Stewart - Keyboards

    Unknown Musicians - Brass

  • Been searching and searching....Who's playing the piano on this song???

    I have to know!

  • @paul5033 Ian Stuart?

  • Thank You stoned1981 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that piano sounds great

  • Love it! Stones at their best! Thanks for posting!

  • Wow that song is VIOLENT!

since it was recorded in london i don't think its jack on piano

  • If I could wave a magic wand, maybe you'd change back, to being a blonde. Sleazy. I love this song. Nasty hard driving blues. Keith Richards licks, and likely Ian Stuart on keys.

  • @bassbob42

1:40 ▬▬☼ is what these 5 guys had indeed!

  • There is so much grimy dance hall sound going on in this song I would half expect a black guy wearing a bowler hat with a cigar in his mouth to be banging out the piano parts on here!

  • Who's driving your plane?

    Who's driving your plane?

Are you in control or is it driving you insane?

  • Adoro todas las cnciones de ese album, alguien puede decirme como se llama?

  • the best on my own because the title the song lisent

  • Fabulously trashy sound - LOVE this song!!!!!!!!!!!!
