I don't get that reference about the "raccoon you found in the woods" while they were doing the waltons in theatre styles, or why it was so funny to greg... but then again, I don't know what or who the waltons are... :)
The Waltons was a popular 1970s TV show about a family who struggled to make a decent life in Virginia during the Great Depression and World War II. The raccoon reference was from one particular episode, and I think the reason why Greg found it so funny was because the reference was so obscure.
thanks for the information! didn't expect to hear an answer on this after all this time, I had to check like 'what the hell did I wrote there again?' :)
but it's nice to know a bit more about this finally! the only reference to The Waltons that I know is from the simpsons, when they show Bush sr. saying 'America should be more like The Waltons, and less like The Simpsons' or something in that fashion, to which Bart replies 'we're like The Waltons, we pray for an end to the depression too' :)
'Ah...screw you!' That doesn't sound like Colin at all.
