@BarefootTruth10 I have a video up on decorating over card holders, all you have to do is make a small cut where the card holder ends up. To make the designs that are wider than the tape just use multiple strips until you have a sheet big enough to work with.

I use an x-acto knife and a cutting mat for getting clean cuts and designs, that's what helps me the most.

I just use the basic triange blade. If your blade is dull it won't cut very well.
