718 billion, when compared to 8-10 trillion, is not very much. Obama did inherit a tough spot and a lot of deficit spending from congress, and he can't really discipline this congress because they're of his own party. I can't say I expected his presidency to go differently than it has gone.

Its called the C.S.A. program you fucking retard. It stands for community supported agriculture and they have one in every state.
