If that beetle meant that much to you i would fix it by hand if you have too. Im currently restoring an old beetle these new ones are much easier to work on. If you still have the car go and try and fix it. If anythin ever happend to my beetle even if it were cheeper to buy a new one i would fix the old it means so much to me.

aww so sad... I want a beetle but unfortunatly vw is discontinuing them and by the time I drive, they won't be there which is in a few years... :-'(

@RSINordin Yes they will continue! :) This is the last year for this MODEL. There will be changes in the tail lights and headlights with some other things but it won't look like these. What I have seen is it will look like a big ol smiley face from the rear and the front lower grill will be sort of smiling too. It looks like it will p*ss off a lot of drivers because it's kind of goofy looking. Then again, it was a year ago when I saw this. Maybe they will alter it some what! GOOD LUCK

omg thats sa because i knoow how it feels to crash. i got a vw beetle last year and iwas just in the car with my friends and i was at a red light and bamm someone crashed into the passenger side of my car and it was all over
