If I am the only source of legal tender, and all money I create for the government is a LOAN with interest, where does the money to pay the interest come from? Only from more loans. If we followed the US Constitution, "equal protection" would mean something. But the unelected fourth branch of government -- the immense, unaccountable federal bureaucracies -- like the EPA, doesn't give a damn what you, congress, nor I think -- what's fair -- or whether the Constitution authorizes its existence. Which is something to think about long and hard in 2012. It's all about money. You want the EPA deciding where America's money goes? EPA fees/fines are taxation without representation.

Employed teens too young to vote are also taxed without representation. So are legal immigrants. I'm sure the list of misrepresentation goes on and on and on.

The tax is already "Fair". Private sector americans DO NOT PAY INCOME TAXES! Read the Code
The 16th Amendment did not provide for ANY new power of taxation!
