I work at a railcar yard and unload new cars/trucks all day long and this isn't unordinary at all in fact it's pretty common but we give a shit when we have to unload 300-500 cars in 8 hours it's on the the next one when something like this happens. So if you plan to buy a new car give it a good one over because it's really not new and that 5-15 miles on it is probably the worst it's seen so far...
