trust me it isn't lip synced... he is pro at almost all his impressions... also smith says "surroundings you humans do not" he leaves out humans... =] and he pauses at slightly different times i think and i think he goes too quickly in some spots (but it isn't as bad in this video as others) (not to say you are not good... you are amazing that is simply one of your biggest flaws that could easily be fixed)

Come to think of it, Agent Smith was a bit right out there, since our planet is already heavily overpopulated and that's one of the reason why there are so many poor people.

Anyway, this impression was very good imo, there are some moments in which your voice sounds amazingly similar to that of Mr Weaving, but there are also few bits that doesn't sound that good.

As someone remarked before, you should wear a suit and pair of sunglasses to make your impression even more appealing. ;)
