@Howie47 after the rapture family, friends, and others who were not born again, like some ministers! will realize what they have done/not done and will give their life to Christ then. They will know beyond anything today that Jesus is alive and coming back but will also know they may not survive the tribulation. 3/4 of the world won't.
@Billthesheepdog Well that is a nice comfortable scenario. But I'm preparing for having to stand up for my faith, by the grace of God. My "blessed hope" is not to be persecuted by the antichrist (see Titus 2:12), so putting me in the trib is no comfort whatsoever (see 1 Thess 4:16 &1 Thess 5:4).

For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.' " 2 Peter 3:3-4. You can trust the promises in the Bible.
