I've just seen Candy one more time., such a sensitive movie... really very emotional,touchable!it's so sad that he passed away....If you are the actor/actress you must learn to get rid of your roles when you finish the movie or a play ....unless you'll be burned out. ....and that will lead you to self-destruction... Yes, he was a smoker for years and yes, he had quit for a while. I think he started again, though (I remember seeing a photo of him smoking when he was pushing Matilda in a pram)...
