  • SAME THING HERE!! This is my second one and there is NO FIX and they refuse to send me another bc it is 1 week out of the year warranty!!!

  • This just happened to me, and this is the 2nd one they sent me to replace my old one!!! Last one's hinges were broke

  • I had to call Epson Tech Support and they replaced the printer with a new one. There was no fix -
